 THE FREEDOM PROJECT

OUR FREE SPEECH RIGHTS ARE   ENDANGER OF BEING TAKEN   AWAY

THE FREEDOM PROJECT

The Freedom Project is the biggest movement the John Frank Foundation oversees. It’s a movement that was started after the recent uprisings due to ‘Big-Tech Censorship’. We here at the John Frank Foundation believe free speech includes the right to use certain offensive words and phrases to convey political messages. Cohen v. California (1971) and To engage in symbolic speech. Texas v. Johnson, (1989)

Statement From President John Frank -

Big tech such as: Twitter, Google, Facebook, Apple, ETC. say they did not play a part in how the election of 2020 played out. This is obviously a lie for many reasons. President Trump, a Republican, was banned from Twitter for ‘inciting violence’ but not long after, Twitter let a hashtag trend called: ‘HangPence’. Is this not ‘inciting violence’? President Trump was also banned from not only Twitter but, Facebook, Instagram, and he was suspended from Youtube. President Trump arranged for the app ‘Parlor’ to be his alternative to connect with the American people. Once this was figured out, Apple banned it from the app store so no one could download it. Following these events, Mike Lindell, a prominent Trump supporter was banned for his claims in regards to election fraud. One could make the argument they hold way too much power and can abuse it way too easily.

THE HARD TRUTH

72%

THINK BIG-TECH CENSORS PEOPLE THEY DON'T LIKE

23%

LIKE CENSORSHIP ON SOCIAL MEDIA

44%

SELF-CENSOR THEMSELVES

We live in a country where democracy thrives and free-speech is essentially legal. People shouldn’t have to self-censor themselves in fear of being censored by others or fear of being banned from their favorite social media platform. That’s what the Freedom Project is about. We push people to say what they are thinking because that’s how America came to be the greatest nation on Earth.
